I have a Master of Arts in Instructional Systems Development, and over 14 years experience as an instructional systems designer and learning & development consultant. My approach is always collaborative and rooted in adult learning theory and applied instructional systems development methodologies.
I'm an expert at uncovering the real needs and designing custom learning solutions that actually close the gap and influence change. Decades of teaching and managing have enabled me to see the problem and the solution from all angles and design with efficiency and effectiveness. The solutions I design are always effective, engaging, and aligned with the goals outlined by the stakeholder.
